Hi
Another round of Blogging marathon:-).When Srivalli announced about BM#4 i decided to go with Kids friendly recipes. So for the next seven days i shall be blogging about the recipes which my kid loves and am sure your kids will too:-)
For the start i decided to bake the ever green recipe among the kids"POTATO WEDGES".
This is one of the most easiest recipe i have ever baked .

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 4 (medium)
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Oregano 2 tsp
Rosemary 1 tsp
Garlic (grated) 1 tsp( optional)
Salt as required
PREPARATION
Wash the potatoes well. dry it thoroughly with a clean wipe.
Cut it into wedges(not very thin)

Meanwhile melt the butter for 20 secs in microwave or stove top.
Add all the seasonings, olive oil and salt to this. Mix well

Now toss in the cut potato wedges and mix thoroughly so that it coats the evenly
Preheat the oven top 200C/400 F
Arrange the wedges on a greased baking tray

Bake for 20- 25 minutes(or till it starts browning)
Serve warm with a dip of your choice

VERDICT
When i served it to my daughter, she was all in praise:-). Two plates just disappeared within minutes. She said"Ma, i don't think i will ever order potato wedges again in a restaurant!!!!!!!!I am so happy. And you might be wondering as to why i have given you the basic pics of even cutting it into wedges. This is by a special request by my daughter(She wants to make some....later on though)...:-)
