Capsicum cheese fondue

Children generally love to have dips and fondue. My daughter loves this particular fondue. So this goes in as my entry for day 3 of BM#5 by Srivalli.

INGREDIENTS

Red capsicum 1

Tomato 2

Onion 1

Garlic 1 clove

Amul cheese slice 1

corn flour 2 tsp

Milk 3 tbsp

Oregano 1 tsp

Salt to taste

PREPARATION

Apply little oil on the tomato and capsicum

Roast it on fire. Remove the burnt skin. Grind everything together in a mixer. Keep it aside

Cut the onions and the garlic finely

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add the cut onions and garlic to this. Cook till it turns transparent.

Now add the puree and one slice of cheese. Stir well. Add salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add oregano and cook again for 1 minute.

Now mix the corn flour in the milk and mix this with the fondue.Cook for another minute and a deliciously yummy fondue ready

Serve with toasted triangles or any crispies
