Fruit and Vegetable Chat

For the second week of Blogging Marathon#10 by Srivalli, I have chosen the theme Guilt Free Snacks. I guess this has always been a callenge to cook some yummy snack yet which is free from fat...well!!This is one of the guilt free snacks at my home. Chat is loved by most of us and if we could introduce some fruits and vegetables in it maintaining that tangy chatpati swaad, I guess kids for sure will love to snack on it.
INGREDIENTS

Boiled Potato 1

Tomato 1

Cucumber 1

Pomegranate 1

Banana 1

Apple 1

Lemon 1

Chat masala 1/2 tsp

Chilli powder 1/4 tsp(optional0

Salt a pinch

PREPARATION
Boil the potato. Remove the skin. cut into cubes and saute it in flame for 5 minutes without oil or use it without this step. Either way it tastes very well

Remove the skin of apple and cucumber.Remove seeds and cube them

Remove the seeds from the tomato and cube them too

Slice the banana

Take out the seeds of the pomegranate

Mix everything in a bowl with chatmasala, salt, lemon juice and chilli powder(if using)

Serve in a bowl and wait for them to ask for a second helping!!!!!
