Puffed rice 3 cups
Bhel puri chutney/ green chutney and sweet chutney 1 tbsp
Sev (ready made/ homemade) 1/4 cup
Onion 1(cut finely)
Turmeric power 1/4 stp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan and add mustard seed.
When it crackles add the turmeric and chilli powder and mix well.
Now put the puffed rice and mix immediately. Sprinkle the required amount of salt
Place this masala pori in a bowl
Add the bhelpuri chutney and mix well.
Transfer this to a serving plate
Put the fresh cut onions on it
Now put the fresh graed carrot
Sprinkle chat masala to this
Now top it with generous amount of sev and serve!!!!!
