Sgroppino is an Italian drink cocktail drink with a lemon sorbet base and sparkling white wine.Sgroppino is prounced as Groppino with 'S' silent, A lovely summer drink But when I saw this on Archana's blog i was a little intrigued since she had mentioned it as a non-alchoholic one. The colour was inviting as well. Tweaked the recipe a little as I had only raspberry crush.So here goes mt lovely colourful Raspberry Sgroppino. INGREDIENTS
lemon juice 1Tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Raspberry crush 1/4 cup
PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients except water and keep it refrigerator
Just before being served, run the slush in a mixer with a whipper blade
Dilute with water/ club soda
serve chilled
