Just when I served this to my family I could only hear ooh's and aah's...They are all in praise of my cooking skills....FINALLY:-)Well!!!Who doesn't like paneer and when the tikka is chatpata, hot, soft, moist , juicy......no one can resist this!!!!!Try this out...You will surely love this
INGREDIENTS
Paneer 200 gms
Oil few tbsps for shallow frying
FOR THE MARINADE
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Coriander 1/4 cup
Mint leaves 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi 2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Chat Masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Grind the coriander and mint leaves to a smooth paste. Mix it with the curd. Ad the chilli powder, chat masala, salt to this and mix well.
Cut paneer into the required sized cubes and put it in this marinade.
Let it marinade for 30-45 minutes for all those flavours to infuse
Shallow fry with minimum oil on both sides
Serve hot and see it disappear with a blink of an eye!!!
